Optimize the design for common sense infill and affordability, affording future residents a mix of market rate and affordable housing.
Once completed, lease the units with a mix of market rate and affordable units.
Exit properties after stabilized for cash flow and during attractive market conditions, growing value based on increase in net operating income.
